Able Maths Day
Shottermill success at the Able Maths Day workshop
On Friday 26th February, James, Amelia, Caitlin, Charlie, Jack and Daisy represented Shottermill Junior School at a maths workshop hosted by Chandlers CE Junior School in Witley. It was run by one of the UK’s leading maths consultants, Pete Hall. They worked with children from Chandlers, Cranleigh, Beacon Hill and the Royal School on a series of maths challenges through the day.
Our children were tremendous ambassadors for Shottermill , made new friends and did extremely well by succeeding in all the challenges set and even breaking some of Mr Hall’s ‘world records’ in some of the logic speed puzzles!
